Our client Aspen has won the ‘Best Flexible Benefits Strategy’ award at the Workplace Savings and Benefits Awards, held in London on Thursday 5 September.

The seventh annual awards recognise the best benefits teams, especially those who have gone above and beyond to improve their benefits offering over the last 12 months.

Aspen collected the ‘Best Flexible Benefits Strategy’ award for completely re-designing their flexible benefits scheme. Working with us, Aspen undertook extensive employee research and used the insights to transform their benefits offering to provide more flexibility and choice.

As a result, employees are more engaged with their benefits and take-up increased by 189%, while 11% of employees increased their pension contributions. Aspen’s flexible benefits strategy has also contributed to savings in excess of £800,000 and up to four days a month in HR administration time.
