Thomsons Online Benefits and Arm are delighted to announce that they have won gold in the Best Advance in Compensation and Benefits and/or Payroll Administration category at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards 2019!

The Brandon Hall Excellence Awards recognize organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies and tools that have achieved measurable results. The program attracts entrants from leading corporations all over the world.

Thomsons Online Benefits entered the awards in partnership with our client Arm, a global semiconductor and software company employing almost 6,500 people in 23 countries.

Arm spotted an opportunity to completely reimagine their reward strategy; to emphasize, improve and co-invest in things that mattered to their people. With an extraordinarily diverse mix of employees with differing interests and needs, Arm wanted to show just how much they value this diversity. They went beyond the typical ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution, launching a FlexPot for each and every colleague to spend on their own wellbeing.

Implementing FlexPot through Darwin’s Reimbursement Manager achieved incredible results. Employee take-up of the available funds is at 96%, while employees logged onto the platform on average 23 times in the last year, making six FlexPot claims. These include claims for a midwifery course, dressage training, patisserie studies and more.
