Late last year we moved our office in Cluj, Romania to a bigger and better home to support our exponential growth and the 2 million lives supported by Darwin – you may have seen our updates! Our new office space solidifies our commitment to delivering an exceptional service for our clients and opens up exciting development opportunities for our people. We are all settled in now and are excited to celebrate this key milestone with an official opening event tomorrow, Thursday 19th April, where we will share our journey, our vision and our unique pink office culture of which we’re so proud!

Our local growth plans are opening up career opportunities not only for our people, but also for local talent, bringing more diversity and ideas to Thomsons. This diversity is imperative as we continue to grow, and is key to fulfilling our company purpose to ‘Change benefits. For good’. We want to ‘Change benefits. For good’ for employers, so that they can truly support their employees at moments that matter to them. To ‘Change benefits. For good’ for the market in order to make a material difference to the benefits industry as a whole. And most importantly, to ‘Change benefits. For good’ for every employee, to make a real difference to the quality of their lives and the lives of those closest to them. Continuing to grow in Cluj, which has some of the brightest and best talent in the world, is a pivotal step towards our mission and firmly establishes our local office as a centre for customer excellence and benefits expertise.

Creating dynamic, friendly and collaborative environments where our lovely Thomsons people can thrive is also so important to us. So, when we looked at our new office, we wanted to make sure we captured the same atmosphere we’ve created in London and Singapore, with more space for our expanding team. This includes more meeting rooms and hot desks, as well as a games room, standing desks, relaxation areas and one of the most beautiful terraces and views in the city!
