About the team:

The Operational Excellence team is responsible for supporting our Delivery and Service departments by bringing cross-functional teams together to design, govern, and improve upon our processes and tools. The OpEx team plays a critical role in helping to create a repeatable, consistent, and reliable successful client experience.

 

The role and your mission:

  • Consult on, research, develop, content in support of Delivery and Service best practices including document templates and supporting guidance articles
  • Professionally coordinate and manage, in conjunction with colleagues in review processes  
  • Edit copy received from internal sources and experts within agreed timescales
  • Help establish and maintain consistent corporate standards across content types
  • Maintain the Best Practice Confluence dedicated space
  • Support, mentor, and serve as a resource for peer questions on best practices
  • Work with other teams to communicate upcoming and confirmed changes to best practices
  • Manage continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures, and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable
  • Analyze feedback to ensure the design of the best practice aligns with the business priorities and delivery principles to add the greatest value to our colleagues and clients
  • Monitor, manage and report on agreed actions related to feedback
  • Close the loop on feedback with individuals to build confidence in the continuous improvement of best practices

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience with Confluence preferable or any other tool.
  • Business Process Management/Re-Engineering experience
  • Six-sigma certification
  • ITIL certification will be considered favorably
