Engagement and Employer Branding Partner

About the team:

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will closely work with the wider People Team – both at a Cluj and global level and all Cluj employees, with the main purpose of enhancing the way Darwin is regarded as a place to work from a culture point of view and enhanced as an employer of choice on the market.

  • Keeping the company culture alive along with Global counterpart, People Team and Leadership teams though specific projects
  • Defining our employer value proposition through meaningful and representative Company Values, driven by Darwin People

Internal Communication

  • Create a communication strategy and best practice for all types of necessary communications locally and align and enforce global ones as well
  • Proactively create targeted content on different engaging communication platforms to cover change management, announcements, requests etc. as self-identified needs or as requested from leadership
  • Measure success of message penetration where possible and constantly find ways to get the required messages across, under the best fit according to the situation at hand
  • Monitor communication platforms and their correct usage (Romania emailing list, Slack channels, Confluence) and support Darwin People to maximize their own messages to get across in the most efficient way
  • Be engaging, clear, positive, consistent and informative in all pieces of communication, adhering to global communication plan and guidelines

Company events, socials and perks

  • Put together a structured yearly Event Planner for the Cluj Office with all company events, celebrations, social get-together, champion led-activities etc. and work together with global counterpart to keep a global consistency where possible
  • Plan and consistently track yearly overall Engagement Budget for Cluj Office 
  • Be responsible of all Cluj level events, socials and perks according to Yearly Event Planner 
  • Collaborate with necessary outsourcing companies and services suppliers for events
  • Lead Executive, GLT and MMC visits in the Cluj Office from an Event planning point of view: propose and coordinate events with Cluj Leadership Team or People
  • Run analytics (people feedback, event attendance, social media presence) to measure ROI around all events, measuring impact and relevance
  • Innovating in Events Planning in order to increase ROI, researching trends on the market and bringing new ideas on the table with support from Cluj Leadership Team / Cluj Operations

Recognition

  • Be in charge of Recognition practices @Darwin, including online platforms, internal policies or end-to-end events 
  • Research trends on the market and new innovative ways to make our people feel recognized, while boosting their Engagement
  • Communicate, analyse and interpret ePulse for global and local stakeholders in collaboration with People Team
  • Create trends and come up with actions to drive the completion rate and overall score towards the targets
  • Communicate and report on findings to leadership teams globally and locally and incorporate Engagement-related items into overall Engagement plan
  • Be actively involved in following up on ePulse with Romania audience

Employer branding

  • Be an expert on, represent and educate internal and external stakeholders on company brand, culture and values
  • Define and implement local employer branding visibility and enhancement efforts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and lead a long term EB plan with detailed steps, actions, tools and needs in order to enhance company image for internal and external audiences
  • Measure success of the actions implemented through different analytics tools and proactively report these back to manager and Cluj Leadership Team / Cluj Operations
  • Represent Darwin and keep a relevant, consistent and positive presence on all necessary Social Media platforms in terms of content creation analytics and strategic communication online
  • Represent Darwin on all offline opportunities to enhance employer branding such as fairs, events, strategic partnerships etc.
  • Stay in the loop with new trends on the market and develop new opportunities for maximizing Employer Branding overall

 

   What skills and values you will bring:

  • +2 years of experience in Engagement / internal communications / company culture / employer branding
  • Positive behaviour and good example for others
  • Proven experience in event organizing and project management
  • Proven experience in internal communications and public speaking
  • Good knowledge of Social Media field (experience as content creator is an advantage)
  • Strong English skills
  • Logical, strategic thinking and “global” oriented
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and high volume
  • Strong PC skills
  • Passionate about people
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
