Business Project Lead

 

 As Business Project Lead you  will support critical relationships with other Darwin and organize meetings, clarify trackers and synthetize information to management.

The role and your mission:

Project management of internal SD projects:

  • Keep track of all aspects of an internal project including resources available;
  • Ensure headcount details are cascaded to operational stakeholders;
  • Produce reports and necessary documentation;
  • Produce documentation on Confluence to support internal initiatives and other internal projects;
  • Plan and organize communication plan using internal tools;
  • Keep knowledge and information flowing seamlessly and proactively within relevant stakeholders;
  • Produce clear action plans, owners and timelines against actions and flag any risks identified at each stage;
  • Create supporting documentation for new processes or new initiatives and support cascading to relevant members of the team with the purpose of continuous improvement;
  • Demonstrate added value by facilitating internal SD projects in support of strategic initiatives by working with the SD Delivery Manager;

What skills & values you will bring:

  • Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented;
  • Medium Excel skills and other Office Tools (PowerPoint, Communication Tools);
  • Excellent English: both verbal and written;
  • Task / Project management experience minimum 1-2 years (PM certification is a plus);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships;
  • Experience of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Good vision, process-oriented and strong problem solving skills;
  • Ability to comprehend, troubleshoot, and describe complex processes and issues to colleagues at all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders while being straight forward & open-minded;
  • Ability to deliver effective internal stakeholders communications and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
