When I read through the section on DARWIN’s partnership with Microsoft and access to MS’s labs to continue research and development of the software, I decided to download the trial version. The interaction with the software was excellent, and exactly what I was looking for – very user-friendly, and the appearance is similar to  Outlook, so you feel as if you are on familiar territory. Navigation through the software was very easy to learn on my own because of the clarity and thoroughness of the KnowledgeBase.

The integration with Outlook is fantastic – so simple and I don’t have to go through any other steps to update my records – it does so automatically. Plus, I didn't have to download or purchase any other software to enable the email solution, like the other recruitment software I tried.

I was happy to discover that the forms could be customized to suit our needs as well. That
is really what sealed our decision to purchase DARWIN. Plus of course, the fact that the software is web-based so we can work from any location, and we can store an unlimited amount of candidates or clients.
